Web Designer - w/ CMS/PHP/XHTML

INTRODUCTION: Southern California based document imaging firm is looking for a web designer to design the layout and graphical interface for our presence on the world wide web [login to view URL] . The provider will be working closely with the owners of the company to achieve what they imagine for their presence on the WWW. REQUIREMENTS: 2-3 Years Experience in CMS design/implementation 2-3 Years Experience Web Site Design Portfolio of work completed Technical Skills needed: Photoshop, xhtml, css, javascript, php. JOB DESCRIPTION: The site will go 3-4 pages deep (the structure layout is here [login to view URL] ). The arrows represent how I would like a drop-down menu to work. None of the menu should be static images, and what I mean by that I need text to overlay the image that way we can edit/add content to the menu bar. Various sections don’t have content built yet, so to remedy the situation a CMS with various template layouts with placeholder images to build/update content/pages should be sufficient. A Placeholder Page will fill the spot of sections that don’t have content. The Place Holder page will need a form that will submit inquiries via e-mail. A PHP enabled page, fitting with our layout for the rest of the pages, will be needed for a current project we are working on that includes the Google Map API. The Content Management System and place holder page are makeshift solutions for our ill-prepared content for the site. We would consider content building depending on rates.
