Add new features and functionality to blank WordPress theme

I have a blank WordPress theme and need some features included. This is a great project for new freelancers that want a 5 star rating. You have to understand WordPress to do this project so only apply if you understand this. This is not normal theme customization like you have done many times. This is adding functions to the theme and WordPress itself. This is a job for a programmer. ---------------------------------------------------------- I need the following added: General theme adjustment: • Add position selection navigation bar in appearance > menus (top, header and footer position) Widget areas / Sidebars: • Header • Sidebar left / right page • Sidebar left / right post / blog • Footer Theme options panel: Branding • Logo changing • Favicon adding • General css color change Layout options: • Header background color or background image (behind logo and navigation) • Navigation style options (colors and font) • Background color or background image of page • Footer background color or background image (behind logo and navigation) • Amount of footer widgets Fonts: • Font type selection of <P> and all <h> • Font size, type and line height Social media: • Add social media icons and entering the URL's.(clients need to be able to do this) • Position selection display of icons Image styles and hovers • Border Page title style: • Font • Color • Position selection • Add background color or image Page options: • Select sidebar position, left, right or none. • Select page title on / off ------------------------------------------------------ After your work is done it must come out green in the W3c validator.
