Advanced Wordpres Code Modification needed. Budget $100

Budget: 100 Looking for someone to assist me with my wordpress site. The site is a online deal site that allows businesses to upload "deals" for users. Users/members can find deals and purchase deals through the site. The site is 90% completed however wordpress did an update and some of the custom coding stopped working after the update. I'm looking for an ADVANCED WORDPRESS expert who knows how to provide custom coding to wordpress sites. Below are the fixes that I need. 1. On our "Deals near me" page, the gps is currently working. User can type in their address and see the closes deals near them, however the business information is not showing on the google map when you click on the icon. Also the deal information use to show under the map however it's not showing any more. Just some bad code. 2. We use to be able to approve businesses who want to join, however users who want to join was able to join without going through the approval process. After the wordpress update, its still allowing business users to be approved before they show however now it's also requiring basis users to have to be approved. This shouldnt work this way. Old developer customized the code for this to work right, however now it's not longer working. Need these fixes done ASAP. $100
