Allow headers to be clicked in mobile version of website

We need to allow clickable links to show on the mobile version of our websites. Currently the links wont appear when the header is clicked. This feature does work when there is one header, but not with multiple headers. Environment will be a multiple site install of expression engine, because we have several sites on the same install of expression engine. Development will be done in a test environment, which means we will give you credentials to log into a virtual server that already has expression engine installed. You will need to do a write up of all the work you do so that any changes can be moved from the testing environment to the live environment.
