Amazon Warehouse Refresh And Instant Buy!

Hello, so here is what i'm looking for: A script/program that checks from an item/list of items sold by amazon warehouse ONLY , and that constantly refreshes the amazon API (every 5 seconds) for that item, and when it hits a price or under that price defined by me, it automatically buys the item through my amazon login account, timming in here is crucial so i need something that's really refreshing the amazon API or something simillar so i can get the item faster. This will only be used for personal use so i don't need to implement it for a website Whatever this needs to make it happen the freelancer must help me choose the server and configure everything by itself as i do not have that knowledge. This needs to be fully operational and explained as i'm not a programmer or a scripter and have only basic skills.
