On my website, users sign up by entering their email address and mobile number. Then a verification code is sent to the user's mobile. There are two things I need. I need to add code so that: 1. Users cannot register using an existing mobile number on the system 2. I can bar some mobile numbers from registration (EG. for users that have abused the system in the past, I need a way to block them from using the system again).
