Android and IOS Applications

For thi project i need an Android and IOS developer that begins immediately to work for this project.
Winner candidate must create 2 entire APPs, one for Android smartphones and one for IOS iPhones and for this project i need source code with solutions (example Android Studio and Xcode).
For Android APP it must be developed with support library to be compatible with all versions of Android from 4.1 version to up and for IOS Iphone it must be developed from 8.0 version to up.
This 2 APPs must interact with SQL Database hosted on LINUX server: i'll give you an SQL export of this database and a relational model scheme of this.
Attached there is a guideline of how to appear the APPs but if you want improve the aspect of APPs, you are welcome (I say … improve).
I'll give to winner candidate some pictures, images and icons to use in the APPs.
I'll create 3 different Milestones:
1) When Winner candidate making the first deliveries source code of APPs, I will employ about 10 days to test two APPs; If i find errors / issues the developer will have to resolve them by releasing a new source code of the APPs; after this new release I will pay 50% of the agreed amount.
2)Then I will pay another 25% of the agreed amount after another 30 days of testing during which if i find errors/issues the developer will have to resolve them by releasing a new source code of the APPs.
3) Then I will pay the last 25% of the agreed amount after another 30 days of testing during which if i find errors/issues the developer will have to resolve them by releasing a new source code of the APPs.
I don’t release milestones before the beginning of the project.
During development I can ask to winner candidate to make small changes or add requirements.
I need some guarantees: you must agree that i need the 100% finished work; i will not pay you for 20-40-60-80% of finished work; i'll pay you only for 100% finished work. This helps me to avoid problems.

- Infrastructure services used by apps to connect to the db in a secure and performing.
- All source codes with Android an IOS solutions (Android Studio and Xcode).
