Hi, I am an Wordpress theme developer and I need a great designer to assist me with everything in wordpress theme creation. It is going to be a long term relationship because I am planing to make many wordpress themes. What you should have? 1. Be very cheap for the very beginning (it will be increased later) 2. Be a very good one 3. Be responsible 4. Be able to send me psd files of futured theme designs 5. Be able to make great logos for my themes. Make a price per month. Sometimes it will be 3-4 hours of work, sometimes less, but I need monthly price. Price that you will bid won't be changed during the process of first theme development.
