Best of the Best style Soccer Spot the Ball Grid Software

I currently require a web based application that allows me to enter a "spot the ball" competition on my wordpress website. This needs to be a grid very similar to that of the way that [login to view URL] operate their online supercar competition where by the customer needs to identify where they believe a soccer ball has been removed from a picture in order to win the competition. The grid needs to be incredibly fine as I need to sell around 100,000-500,000 tickets for this competition. i.e. the grid would need to a large number of coordinates available for people to choose from. The image I currently have is 4000pixels by 3000 pixels giving a 1 in 12million chance of guessing correctly (but if you know a better way to do it I’m all ears!). When customers choose the grid, they also need the option of making multiple selections (guesses) and each time they make a guess it will need to be linked to a payment shopping cart. So that when they are finished making their selection, and proceed to payment, I need to be able to relate the coordinates to each group of guesses to the individual player involved in the transaction and keep a log of basic information: Name, Country, Co-ordinates guessed, Email address, Language, and 'tie breaker answer in the event of a draw. currently I would propose 3 'deals' Ie: £10 for 1 guess, £20 for 3 guesses and £50 for 10. The default option would be the £20 for 3 guesses with an option to downgrade to just one guess or upgrade to 10. I also need this to be transferrable to different currencies/languages, ie: USD, AuD, Euro etc. At present I intend on using Paypal as the payment processor, however this may change depending on legal issues with them. Any feedback on this would be appreciated. A secondary requirement may also be a mobile app for the same project but again, it is not essential to begin with, just an idea. Ideally I'd like to see examples of similar projects before awarding the project and look forward to working with you.
