Broadband Usage Reporting System

Hi, I am highly interested for this project. I am a very experienced web developer having 9 years experience in php and mysql. I have extensive knowledge of different advance php frameworks like zend framework, Cakephp, Codeigniter, Yii, Laravel and some open sources like mangento, joomla, wordpress and other addon technologies like html, css, javascript, bootstrap and jquery etc. I am proficient in all skills mentioned here. I want some more explanation for last 3 points - 5. Subscription management - Allows user to register/add subscriber's details into the system and tap which SIM card are them using. 6. Reporting - SIM usage report (by month, by date range, by user or even by specific SIM card number) 7. Notification - Every SIM card got a quota. User will key that in when creating SIM. i am interested to make this reporting site, i want to do this using perl catalyst for backend, If you have no problem with that, i am very good at perl based web app, i am doing that for last 6 years. for frontend i will use obvious jQuery, bootstrap. i can able to do your given 7 module . i need some more details instrctuion for each module. for hourly basis i took $10/hour for this type project, so if you need less work from you have option to pay less.
