Dear expert, i have wasted lot of money and valuable times from my life to build a Website! I hired many guys on u p w o r k, g u r u, p e o p l e p e r and on freelancer to build a c l a s s i f i e d website before, they just took my money but build a stupid C l a s s i f i e d Website for me! So, do not apply if you want advance money! Project details: I want to build similar site like bikroy .com, it is Bangladeshi local site but my site should be globally with all categories + all cities + all countries. Should be build the site using PHP + MySQL + app like them etc. Should not be use any platform like WordPress, joomla etc! Should not be use ready-made script or c l o n e from bikroy .com or from any others sites!! It should be 100% unique design with development (Design idea, i will provide) Payment terms: Should not be create a single dollar as a milestone or advance payment before 100% done successfully! Because, i had very bad experience 5 times with 5 guys before!! If you do not agree, please don't apply on this project!! Payment should be paid after checking A-Z things in the database!
