Build an Online Store #10

We need a new site built that combines the look, features, and elements from both of these reference sites together - 1. [login to view URL] 2. [login to view URL] The site will look like the reference site #1 and will contain a product CATALOG section in the format of the reference site #2. Some important features we need: 1. Create different accounts for multiple back end users (employees) while we maintain full admin control. Would like to control the parts of the site our employees can access and work on. 2. SEO & meta descriptions. 3. Responsive design, quick to load especially on tablets and mobile devices. 4. Social media integration - Instagram, Pinterest, Twitter, Vimeo, etc. 5. Newsletter sign ups. 6. Add product via bulk upload by excel spread sheet and manually one product at a time. 7. Images should auto resize to look uniformed like the both reference sites. 8. Customers can create accounts to track their purchases and product likes (wishes). Contains their profiles and categories or brands they’re interested in getting notifications for. 9. Products in CATALOG section (reference site #2). Need the following: Products must automatically appear in alphanumeric order even if a new product is assigned a number which puts it between two older products. Add products and set the date they appear on the front end to the customer. The products will not show on front end until the CATALOG is deemed ready to be published in part or in all. Archive the CATALOGS (SOLD SECTION) for customers to view when they choose. There will be 4 - 7 new catalogs each year. Old and new products should be searchable by the customer on the site. The features mentioned above are only some of the features we need. Assume we need other features that weren’t highlighted above from both reference sites. You’ll have to upload and make sure the entire site functions properly onto our hosting service, GoDaddy, via FTP. Full payment will be released when we’re satisfied, the site is fully functional, and you deliver the source code. You will have to sign a NDA prior to starting this project. You should have the ability to offer us technical support down the road if we need it. You need the vision to build the site to accommodate future growth and improvements. If necessary, you need to be able to provide different solutions/options to achieve the same functionalities or features from the reference sites. Please make sure you look at the reference sites and read our requirements. To make sure you've read through everything, tell us the names of the reference sites when submitting your bid and/or if you have any questions or need clarifications on the project. We also want mock ups at each stage of the build which will save everybody time in the long run. To help us choose the right developer, we want to see previous/current examples of your work.
