Build a PHP, MYSQL website app (48 hours)

This project is for an individual who can accompany me for 48 hours building a web application. There will be breaks and rules; either one of us breaks the rules the project ends. If i break the rules you are awarded the entire project fee regardless of it being 5 hours or 40 hours. If you break the rules the project ends and you're rewarded nothing for your work. Not everyone will be capable of doing a project like this, please only apply if you're. The project is broken down into mile stones; we're not expected to finish it all. The final project is a system that serves mobile ads for clients. We will start with real easy stuff. Building a website template and adding content. After that we move onto the user interface where we have to export code from another version of the UI as well as make some new stuff. Then we need to upgrade the code that serves ads. That's all. My experience I am not a master at any technology, be straight on this. I have have owned multiple businesses and managed multiple products. I have built an ad serving system in php & mysql along with a few other platforms. I programmed in PHP from right back when it was in its early 4 days and probably have more experience in Node.JS now. This is however a php project and I am sure I can manage. HTML, JS, CSS..... Your experience I am looking for someone that compliments my skills. It's pretty essential that you have experience in php. Knowledge in the workings of mobile applications would also be beneficial but not essential. You must be capable in javascript. Have the ability to read other peoples code and use it. Not be burdened by perfection; nothing is perfect, if it works we're happy. Communication Skype video & screen sharing will be used for communication. You need to be connect for the entire 48 hours to both of these. To lose communication is to become disconnected to either video or screen sharing. BitBucket BitBucket is used for managing the code base. You will need to create a free BitBucket account. No excuse policy If you lose connection, an emergence occurs, you cant finish the project for any reason you will not be paid anything for the time you have spent. Lets take some examples. 1. Your internet goes down for 20 minutes. The project is over, you're paid nothing and I will re-post the project. 2. A family member ends up in the hospital, you have to leave. The project is over you're paid nothing. 3. You become ill and cannot continue. You're paid nothing. Real or not. No excuses. Rules.. 1. No excuse policy. The rules are set in stone, if any rule is broken the project ends immediately. In the event I have broken a rule, the full project amount is released from escrow. In the event you have broken a rule the full project amount is returned to me. 2. Communication cannot be lost for more than 10 minutes (with the exception of breaks). 3. Lose communication more than 3 times (anything over 2 minutes counts). 4. Open/use applications unrelated to the project. 5. Breaks are at the allotted times (see below). Breaks are to be taken at the allotted time only. 6. During work you must be visible in the camera and must be active doing the work we set out (monitored using screen sharing). Work hours & breaks Work will begin at 9pm NZT 7th of May and end 9pm 9th of May. The day will go from: 9pm - 1am work 1am - 1:30am break 1:30am - 4:30am work 4:30am - 5:30am break 5:30am - 10am work 10am - 10:15am break 10:15am - 12:45pm work 12:45pm - 1pm break 1pm - 5pm work 5pm - 5:30pm break 5:30pm - 8:45pm work 8:45pm - 9pm break Repeats for the next 24 hours. You agree that you will own no rights to any code, it cannot be reproduce in whole or part without permission. The full project amount will be put into freelancers escrow service and released after the 48 hours or refunded if a rule is broken. I look forward to talking with you.
