Build a Social Media Management Website

Need a social media management and marketing website that can schedule to multiple social media accounts at the same time, as many as can be linked to it. Also needs to be able to auto follow, send welcome messages, welcome tweets, do reposts / retweets, also have the ability to have a text file uploaded to that can do scheduled as well as random posts from the file, needs an analytic reporting ability, for clicks, hashtags, popular postings. Needs ability to follow / unfollow (or friend), also be able to search for users, and friend their followers / friends.
