Create a simple PHP script that I can run from my computer once per day to follow between 25 and 70 user (randomize) of my competitor's Twitter followers. It should specifically follow only those people who have mentioned them in a comment and/or retweeted something they tweeted. The program should "sleep" for 3 to 20 seconds (randomize). One more thing: after following 25-70 users, it PHP program should unfollow between 25 to 70 people who are not also following me back. It should also sleep between 3 to 20 seconds between unfollows. Thanks.
