Hi, I'm fully used to digital ocean, their droplet system, snapshots etc. I also know everything about fastcgi, php-fpm (fastCGI Process Manager) and how it glues with nginx. Usually, php-fpm is used along with php scripts, if thats the case i can make modifications, fix the error, and provide full support. If the app is developed in node.js i'd be only able to spot all the problems and tell it to your developer. As you mention "connection reset" errors, it indicates errors in nginx and php-fpm settings. Send me a message and we can talk better. Lucius.
