Website already exists, but, has some issues that need repair. I need a programmer with advanced skills to be able to look through old code, make repairs or recommendations on how to improve it. I know this isn't a fun job, and it's time consuming. That's why this may need someone with better scope and understanding and debugging skills. I don't want a programmer who tells me we need to start from scratch. That will not happen, and you will be fired if that is suggested, as that is an easy way out. Programmer also must have knowledge of PDF generation from HTML
