Hello, I’m looking to create a simple RSVP web page. Please refer to the JPG attachment for the design specifications. 1. Please insert sample pics for Picture 1, 2, 3 and 4 2. Please insert an image for the background and use css to make it transparent 3. We don’t want the background to repeat and we want the background to always fill the screen when the user scrolls up or down ([login to view URL]) 4. We want the confirm button to send the contents of the form to an email address so that we see who has confirmed. Please put in a place holder email address for now and we will put in the right email address once we have the code. The subject of the emails should say “Mike RSVP”. This is most commonly done in PHP. 5. After they press confirm, please load a new page with the same background as the first page that says “Thank You!
