A Single Page PHP Purchase Order Form We need a single page purchase order php form where user can add Products into line item and its total gets calculated with the sales tax and vat tax. We dont want tax field on every item so it should be selectable. Once Purchase order form is filled it gets stored into Mysql Database and also export the same into MYSQL. For Quotation ref and image selection, user should be allowed to upload the files into DB. All fields should be in text format except uploading fields (Quotation ref. and Select image).
