I have a photography business that do mostly events. I need my photographers to be able to send photos to a person while at an event at the same time capture information from the people.
Need a web app that will allow me to do the following:
1. FTP Photos to my website from my cell (Automatically if possible)
Admin will have to login and create a folder on the server with the following: [Event Location and Date]
2. Create a short url that Admin will text to the user
3. User will then click url and it will take them to a form to fill out asking for:
E-Mail [To send photo to]
Phone Number [To text photo to]
Image Number [Wrote on card]
Accept Terms [Check Box] Accept Terms will be a hyperlink to legal information
4. Above this form will be a banner of our Sponsor hyperlinked to whatever url
5. Below this form will be a button saying '[Grab Photo]' that is dimmed out
6. Once form is filled out correctly and the '[Accept Terms]' is checked, the [Grab Photo] button will be clickable. When clicked it will take the user to the image for download
With this information it will automatically create a user account on my website. E-Mail becoming the user name, and their phone number becoming their password.
It will send them an E-Mail letting them know an account was created for them on the website.
On the backend of my Joomla site we need a spreadsheet showing:
Date
Admin/FTP User [The Photographer Username]
Event Location
E-Mail / Phone Number / Image Number [Preview of Image Sent]
I Need to be able to import this information to Mail-Chimp for email campaigns..
