Please see attached file, this guy accepted $100 to build a website but didn't complete the work and eventually supplied a fake wordpress template, please spread the word so this guy doesn't get anymore work as he will eventually give freelancers a bad name, especially Indians who find it hard to get work in the first place due to scheme artists like this guy.
