I will provide you a template that I have created from scratch and I would like the freelancer to look at my template for the template and also the coding if needed and recode the whole template to ensure that the template's coding is clean and functioning properly. The reason for this is because the template I have coded is not coded as good but the design on the template is exactly what I want.
