Hello, I can setup the new server (PC) with all LAMP services and then can transfer the content of current VPS to this new server. Please note that for an optimum hosting we need to setup several pieces of the local server (like reverse DNS, ISP allowance for smtp traffic etc.) and carefully design / implement security and backup on the new server. I am honestly quite experienced with server setup/configuration and can professionally complete the project. However it would be very kind of you if you can provide more details of the project such as local server technical details, amount of data to transfer, where to host dns entries etc. Kindly take your time to go over my previously completed projects and reviews to qualify my experiences. Hi, I do this all the time - when customers engage me to modify their sites, the first thing I do is copy it to my local PC and set up fake hostnames etc for local testing. The full lamp stack, config file changes, references inside database content etc. Look forward to working with you. I can either document ALL the steps and provide the tailored packages, or I can just connect remotely (TeamViewer/Skype/etc) when I have converted it all for installing on your PC. Regards.. Richard
