Build a simple script to combine vowels and consonants into a word

I need you to write (in any language) a simple script I can run in Excel or from Win7 (without making any specific software installation) to do the following: combine from 2 to 6 (variables) characters + 1 word according to some rules I can define alpha + beta + gamma + delta + lamda + omega + word where alpha, beta, gamma, delta, lamda and omega are all variables and represent a character. Characters include all letters (A-Z), digits 0-9 and hyphen (-). To clarify, I restrict the output selecting only 2 variables (alpha and beta) and no words. In this case, I will get 37 * 36 = 1332 results (where n = 26+10+1=37, being 26 letters + 10 digits + 1 special character) Word is a constant I can specify (or leave it blank) and can include ANY character (including special characters such as @ , _ . ? ! etc...) The set of possible rules includes: 1. I can set the value of (from 1 only up to 5) variables to a "constant". For example, if I set: alpha = A beta = F gamma = 2 lamda = 1 and omega = T the script will output 37 results (all possible combinations of 26 letters + 10 digits + 1 special character occupying the fourth space of the string AF2_1T 2. I can restrict the value of one or more variables to either letters-only, vowels-only or consonants-only, numbers-only 3. restrict one or more variables to a subset of characters I can specify (basically point #2 is a special case of this rule, where the subsets are pre-defined: letters, vowels, consonants, and numbers) 4. I can force one or more variable to have the exact same value of another one (or force it to be different!), so that I can easily create patterns. For example I might want to have first and fifth characters being the same AND second and fourth characters being the same AND force second character to be different from thirs and sixth. In that case I will say: alpha beta [RULES: beta <> gamma AND beta <> omega] gamma delta [RULES: delta = beta] lamda [RULES: lamda = alpha] omega 5. I can specify certain patterns to limit the combination output. For example I may want to exclude all combinations containing any of this sub-strings: { xy, ht, shk, 3hd, ... }. In this case, for example: "hxt3yd" will be a possible result, while "ht351r", "23hd4u", etc. will not been output. Please note that for each variable, up to 5 rules (or none) can be applied. Basically, If I want to restrict a lot the set of result, I can specify 5 rules x 6 variables = 25 rules! The script will output a list directly into a MS Excel spreadsheet or as a .csv or .txt file, where you will be placing 1 result per line (in Excel, each cell will contain only 1 combination) The output will be the combination of the variables (subject to their respective rules) and a word (string) I will specify from time to time.
