Build a website similar to ebay with prestashop

I need a website similar to amazon or ebay (but no auction sale), prestashop CMS based. The website needs geolocalization package in order to show items ordered by distance from customers and some other little addons you can easily find among Prestashop modules. All you need to do is set few things togheter and choose a responsive template that best suits the needs, and adjust its CSS in case it doesn't fulfill the requirements.
Then, after the website is online, I'll surely need adding some stuff and I'd like to keep working with the same guy who will be employed for the first part of this job.
