Bulk Creative Uploading Script/Software For Ad Network

I am looking for someone who can develop a script/software that can upload creatives (images and text) in bulk to one of the advertising networks that I work with. The current process for creating and advertisement on this network consists of the following steps: 1. Click add new content button 2. A light-box then pops up with field for entering URL that will be advertised. 3. Click next button to be taken to the next form where image and ad headline will be entered. 4. One field for text must be populated with the ad headline and one image must be selected from local storage. 5. Upload image button must then be clicked. 6. Submit button may now be clicked. I want to automate this process so that I can upload multiple ads in bulk. The way I would like it to work is quite simple. I will provide an example. Often I find that initially I like to upload 10-20 images with the same ad headline. Once my advertising campaign has enough data, I select the best performing image and upload it 10-20 times each with a different ad headline.
