Change my login panel to sync with another websites login

I have a easy and good working login function on my website. I need to change this in this way: 1. Today the login area is located on a page. I want it as "pop up" instead. 2. The users on my site is allready registered on another site. I dont access the database site of the 3rd part. So we can only send username and password and check if login was successful, if yes= login the customer at our site. If no= login as guest or let them create user. 3. The password is generated encryptet, I want no encryption in password ATM. READ THIS INSTRUCTIONS, VERY IMPORTANT. Need to be fixed in 1-2 days. If you finish this, I have more jobs!

I believe I can rock this out fairly quickly for you. I have nearly 10 years of professional development experience, with several projects requiring 3rd party login including Single Sign-on servers. It sounds like I'll need to hook in somewhere during your login process to retrieve the raw password and then send a request to your 3rd party site AND handle the response to log them in to your site.
