Changes to Wordpress custom plugin

We had a custom plugin built for our Wordpress site and need some modifications done to it. I can send an link to the site for those who are interested in the project. The changes are mostly changing text and adding/removing fields. Changes are: 1. Change name of plugin from 'Salespersons' to 'Sales Representatives' (just in the admin section where it shows the name) - see screenshot 2. Change menu item of plugin from 'All Salespersons' to 'All Sales Reps' (just in the admin section where it shows under the main menu item) - see screenshot 3. When adding new Sales Rep make the layout look more like standard Wordpress user entry. - screenshot attached - Top field (Name) is fine - Other fields should be in two columns (like screenshot) - label font smaller and bold (same size as add new user page in screenshot) - remove placeholder text (can leave it for 'name' field) - input fields should be shorter (same size as add new user page in screenshot) 4. Remove fields (on admin side and on front end) (can comment them out in case we decide to add them back later) - Remove these fields: Address, Zip, Fax, Rep Type - In Admin entry page there are three areas that don't apply. Please remove or hide these: WISIWIG Editor, Revolution Slider Options, Avada Options 5. Add Photo Field - Add a 'Photo' field to allow uploading a picture of the representative - This field should use the standard Wordpress media gallery for upload, etc. - Should work similar to the example in the attached screenshot 6. The photo should display on the front-end as the first item in the results table (to the left of name) - Clicking the photo should bring up a larger version of the image in a lightbox 7. Phone number link: the Phone number field on the front end should have a tel: link applied so that clicking it will call the number. Please let me know if there are any questions. Thanks.
