Check out cart is not showing when I'm at cart page

Fix my cart problem. Cart doesn't seem to be showing on my check out page but only on the small icon at navigation bar. Website is in wordpress. Attached a photo of the check out page. Wants to fix it now. @ a budget of S$5 only. Talk to me if you're comfortable with the price. thanks.
