Codeigniter existing web app modifications

Looking for an experienced developer with Codeigniter, this will be an ongoing project if the developer can deliver to our standards. We need some small changes made in the app before we can trust bigger projects on this application. The project lets users create SQL tables, columns, and entries from inside the application, it is currently limited to decimals, small text, and large text fields. We need to add a new entry option which is the option to enter multi-choice drop down fields. The user must be able to create a new table column and choose for it to be multiple choice fields, then he must be asked to enter the drop down values with no limit of how many and save this to the table. The current process to make a new table column can be found attached. This feature has to also be editable in every edit view of the application just like other fields are. One other option from the drop down when creating new columns should be ON/OFF option when this column is made it should make a new table in the database with the name of that field as the name of the new table. When that field is selected as "ON" it should duplicate the record from the original table onto the new table keeping all features the same (delete, edit, etc...). Once that is done the last step is to take the "ALL FORMS" and make them display with two columns instead of just showing everything in a single long column. Please keep the integrity of the program and its mobile/cross browsing capabilities in mind when making changes.
