Hello,
I have an application that is being hosted on a godaddy VPS server. Recently I have been having problems with emails being seen as spam by some ISP's. I ran some DNS test on the domain through the website [login to view URL] . This listed a bunch of warnings that need to be fixed such as the spf records & DKIM Policy.
I need someone to go in and add the necessary records and configure the server so emails that are being sent look more legitimate. I have attached a file that list the issues that need to be fixed.
The domain name that needs to be fixed is: [login to view URL]
I have root access to WHM and admin privileges to the godaddy account where this domain is being hosted.
Thank you for taking the time to review my project. I look forward to completing this small project.
Hi!
I've had this issue previously with bulk emails being tagged as spam. A more robust solution may be to route your emails through Amazon's SES service.
This way - you are guaranteed your email server's IP address is white-listed.
The approach you suggest in the project brief is a temporary fix. Eventually the VPS will be black-listed.
Regards,
Ku
