Connect MySQL DB to Google Calendar

My program uses a central program on a Linux server with a MySQL database. My customers information is stored as profiles including user names and passwords. There is a MySQL calendar already created which displays my clients appointments and related information. The need is to have my database link to and update my clients Google Calendar if they use one. The developer will need to provide the ability to add and update a Google Calendar when a new record is created or updated in the main MySQL calendar. Additionally, if the user adds or updates from their Google Calendar, my programs MySQL calendar would immediately update. This project is for an integrated Google Calendar but I also have a need for the same requirements to link with Microsoft Outlook calendar.
