Looking to have two contact forms integrated with my [login to view URL] account. I have two contact pages on my website. See the attached images to view the PHP contact forms that I would like integrated into my [login to view URL] account through API and registered as leads. The design of the forms is already complete and available on our website. Our website is built using Expression Engine as the content manager. Please ask any further questions. Note: you will NOT have access to the [login to view URL] database. The information is to be sent from the contact form to [login to view URL] through API/custom script. Please refer to developer documentation here: [login to view URL] Also, I would like a popup calendar implemented into one of the contact forms so the event date can be selected from a calendar, not typed.
