We have a current car camera software in PHP that uses China's Tencent map API functions which are exclusive to China only. We would like to migrate the software to Google map together with its API.

The goal is to complete convert the software to be used internationally including

The translation of text from Chinese to English.

The changing of the map and its API from Tencent to Google.

We will require you to understand Chinese and also Tencent Maps API as well as Google Maps API in order to bid.
