Hi, On my website people are going to vote for their favorite video by clicking on a button that is linked to a counter. So I need a counter for my website that: 1- Starts at zero 2- Implement by one on each click 3- Is persistent even if you reload the page 4- Recognize IP address so people can vote only one time every 24 hours 5- Pop-up a message: << One vote per day only! >> when people try to click a second time within 24 hours 6- Can be easily reset after one month 7- Is compatible with my counter model (see my enclose document) **My counter was in javascript so it was not working because it was restarting to zero every page refresh** Thank you!
