Secondly, we wanted to simplify our sign in and out as well as staff time sheet. Currently everything was done manually with a paper and then transferred to Kinderlime. There are features that we like with this app but it doesn’t offer everything. Therefore, we want to build a custom app for our center. a. The goal moving forward is to have other centers be able to use it for a fee. b. I want parents to have an accounts where they sign their child(ren) in and out using a code. In addition, we would like an app that goes with the website so that bus drivers could sign children in and out too using their phones/ipads. From an administrative side, what I want is to eliminate paperwork and the process of calculating both clients and staff hours manually. I want to have the flexibility of selecting two weeks and it generating a PDF or excel document where it lists each client’s/employee’s hours attended per daily. I also want to create invoices to be able to bill clients via email. In addition, we want it to generate excel sheet for food program. It will tally meals eaten using the time the child is at the center. Other things: Includes hosting the app and site, security, maintenance, fixing bugs and issues, and updates to the platform. This can hold up to 100 centers with each having unique admins, employees, and students.
