I am interested in putting a chatroom in my site where people (per American region) can come in and discuss, upload images, like them, click on their username and be brought to their profile page on the website. I also am creating emojis, I would like to have the ability for them to use them It needs to also be connected to their accounts with also restrictions, report button, block feature.
