Create or Modify Appointment Plugin

I am looking for either a new WordPress Plugin or modification of an existing one (which has 90% of the features I want). The WordPress Appointment Plugin will allow clients to schedule appointments for services on the website using an availability calendar to pick date and time. To reserve the selected or preferred date and time, a deposit must be paid. Once payment has been completed, site admin will be notified of appointment details and payment. Site administrator will then assign the appointment to a Service Providers who has to login to confirm the assignment. Service Provider confirms, the client is notified of the confirmation. The plugin will send a reminder to the client 1 Day prior to the appointment. Once appointment is met, Service Providers will choose services provided from a list and process payment at the end. This closes the transaction and completes the appointment. Administrator is then notified of a completed appointment and payment for services provided. I will send all the necessary information to serious bidders who STAY within my budget. Thanks!
