Create a Wordpress Plugin/Widget

Hi, I need a simple plugin/widget for wordpress to be developed. Here's the idea: 1. I have my website here: [login to view URL] You can see on its sidebar there are some banners. 3 at the moment; 2. I want to split test those banners. 3. That's it! It doesn't need to be nothing fancy with cookies or anything. Nor I need tracking conversion. The only thing I need is: ➝ A plugin that perhaps add a special widget like "Split Test Images". Then on this widget I have the option to set for example 1 up to 5 banners. Each with a different link associated with it (that's how I'll track it. I just want to know which banner gets more clicks) Then the plugin would show randomly a different banner (with its associated link) to different visitors. So, over time, I'd know which banner gets the most amount of clicks. I'd use to do this with a rand command with PHP. But I can't with these banner images. So I need someone to help me with the coding. Only thing is that the widget I'm using now to create those images without the sidebar heading is a special widget coming from the theme I'm using. It doesn't need to use that one. I just want the same look: only the banner (adapted to be mobile responsive) and the ability to split test it with: 1. 1 to 5 images which are randomly displayed (start with 2 and have an option to "Add Another Image/Link") 2. Different link associated with each image 3. Different alternative text with each image 4. Ability to choose whether I want them all to open in the same page or in a new one You can probably get the code of that widget I'm using now and just adapt it. I'm fine with it.
