Create Wordpress Templates

We are looking for a freelance developer to build responsive WordPress templates for our corporate website. We have designed and mapped the site in-house and now require the responsive templates to be created. We have around 65 web pages based on approximately 14 WordPress templates. The design is based on a 12 column 1200 responsive grid. We would require options for embedding videos as well as changing content, adding links etc. The size breaks we require the site to work on include full desktop, ipad portrait, small tablet/note and iphone.
