Create a new product type in Woocomerce

Hi,
I would like to create a new product type in Woocomerce that will be a page or a post.
Clients can purchase as many pages/post as they want.
The product have custom fields that the buyer will populate with his own content like start and end date, first name, last name, Bio free text, upload an images (main and 4 others optional), address (map with geo location), section (text box), row (text box) and maybe 4 other free text boxes.
Once the payment is complete the content will be published online (require new template to display the page).
The system will generate a QR pointing to the page
The product must have a shipping address as well
The buyer receive an email with a link to his page/post once the purchase is complete.
The buyer can edit the content on the page at any time after the purchase
Other users can comment on the page
Users can share the page on social networks
The buyer can create an event from the page and invite others to the event
The product is actually a combination of a virtual product (the published page/post) and a shipped item
