Custom Vehicle Builder Application

Seeking someone to build an application for custom building new cars directly on my site. I would like it to work almost exactly like [login to view URL] when you click "build and find". The one thing I would like to change is not have it say "work with dealer". Application: *custom build new cars directly on site with all options, colors and packages *once build is done it will show the vehicle, its MSRP, its Invoice, details about the vehicle, programs and incentives offered *once build is done it will submit and send to my email. *also need an option to be able to pick the representative they are working with and it will get emailed to them as well as the admin or office manager. *would like a backend built that will allow me to add or delete sales reps names *if possible I would like to build a secondary back end platform that would interact with this application - once vehicle is built and submitted it will compare the build against the dealerships inventory and send back which dealerships have an exact match or close match.
