DNS lookup with python

Hi, I have a mysql DB with around 600,000 domain names in it, for which I need to determine the DNS status on a daily basis. I am looking for a guy who can make a multithread python script for that NSLOOKUP. I want to set the number of threads in the settings file. QUERY: Select * from domains where IP IS NOT NULL Those domains shall be NSLOOKUP If the result is -------- Server: 8.8.8.8 Address: 8.8.8.8#53 ** server can't find [login to view URL]: NXDOMAIN ------- in column IP shall be put a NULL and the timestamp of check shall be set to the column "date_dns_check" If the result is e.g. --------- Server: 8.8.8.8 Address: 8.8.8.8#53 Non-authoritative answer: Name: [domain] Address: [login to view URL] --------- the IP of the result shall be put into the column IP - and NO date shall be put into the column "date_dns_check" I think the project can be done pretty straight forward, so I am looking forward to a fast solution.
