Database - driven "Business Directory Website"

I have a list of businesses and special events that I want to make into a custom HTML5 bootstrap "directory website" -- This project should be fairly simple and straightforward as I have the design ready and lots of good details how things should function. Plus it's rather standard format that many sites already done. I'm not re-inventing the wheel, just creating a niche directory. Developer will be required to submit a confidentiality and non-compete agreement. I will have full details ready for the developer I hire, but basically here how the site works -- Website users will be able to search the website (database/directory) to find business locations and events, and then they see a list of the results with basic info. The user can click on a listing and that will go to the profile page for that business. The user will be able to signup/register, be confirmed, and then update their basic profile with photo and info. They would also then be signed up for weekly email to receive a list of business deals and events near them (probably cron job based on user's zip code). On the other side of things, the business or event manager should be able to register on the website to "claim their listing" and get confirmed. Then they can update their free profile listing in the directory. Or, if the business wants to be pay to be featured, they get premium profile status, and then premium profiles show up first in search results and weekly emails. Now that's only the beginning, but that's what we need to get started. There will be lots of additional development work as we continue to add features. This could be a very lucrative long-term project for the right person. I am looking for someone who is loyal and trustworthy, who can clearly communicate in English, and is able to respond to emails promptly and complete these projects relatively quickly. The developer that is hired would receive detailed emails with the specific tasks and instructions about how the functionality should work and how the page should look. You do not need strong graphic design skills, as this task is primarily focused on getting the database directory functionality to work properly. All developers will start with trial period where you are paid for work you complete to standards. If you have good skills, are a good worker, and a good communicator, I will offer you more work.
