Designer/Developer- Longterm Work

I am looking for a developer who can also design or a team I am only looking to hire within the $2-$5 range please continue to read and read attachment to understand why I need someone who works well with PHP and java script and knowledge of affiliate marketing/tracking would be great. Also since this is long term work in the future I want to build a MLM site so knowledge of this nature would also be a plus I need a quote for three different types of sites please read attachment I will pay you $20-$50/week (as milestones) with the biggest being released for the finished project and we will do this for EVERY site in the meantime if there are no sites to do at the bottom i will still pay you $20-$50/week to maintain the sites you have built for me along with two other sites (done in PHP) that i have maintaining only means making sure the site is working properly and fixing small bugs for any BIG issues we can discuss a separate price I am CONSTANTLY getting ideas for new sites so you want run out of ideas so i need someone or a team that is flexible, and can actual contribute because i may not know everything and you may have an idea so a creative person/team PLEASE READ THE ATTACHMENT AND GIVE ME A QUOTE PLEASE ONLY BID BETWEEN $2-$5 I WILL REVIEW YOUR PREVIOUS WORK/SKILLS/ALONG WITH QUOTES TO MAKE A FINAL CHOICE
