Develop a Currency Converter, Analysis and Charting Application and Place It on My Website

Please only make final bids, later budget increases will not be accepted ! This project consists of developing a currency converter/analysis application to be placed on my website. I have outlined the design and functionality in below attachment. In summary, these are the requirements: Use the European Central Bank API for currency exchange rates: [login to view URL] Use chart softwares AMChart and AnyChart: [login to view URL] [login to view URL] To develop a program which compares and charts the currency exchange rates from the API. In addition, a color-coded matrix has to be developed (from scratch), which indicates how favorable a certain indicator (mostly indicators from the AnyChart software above) stands for different currencies. The weights of these indicators in the matrix should be adjustable by the user, and users should be able to add additional indicators. The attached file includes numerous annotations to explain in detail what I am looking for, including details on design and functionality. Prior experience with finance is preferable, but not a must. It would be great if you had some basic understanding of financial indicators such as moving averages. Please let me know if you have any questions. Thank you.
