We need to develop a custom field for drupal 8.3. The field will represent office or opening hours. See screenshot. * For each day of a week we can enter two date ranges: Morning and afternoon office hours (or one of them; or none). * If both ranges are empty then office is closed. * The field should respect the current locale and the configured time format. Time in USA, for instance, will be displayed as a 12h value + am/pm. The German time will be displayed as a 24h value. * The field should be searchable and filterable by a timestamp. So if we provide a date/time (for example current time) the field should return true if the timestamp matches the office hours (its open) or false if office is closed.
