Develope a floor plan drawing tool

Need an interactive floor plan drawing tool to be included within our current system. Our current system is in php, jquery and mysql. would like this new function to also be built using the same. Should be able to select the floor level (1,2,3...) name the rooms from drop down list(mysql), add delete rooms, drag walls to increase / decrease room size. Drag and drop rooms. room dimensions should be stored in mysql, so we can pull room dimensions from database to compute room square footage. should be able to request a room detail view and be able to manually change room dimensions and room name from within the view. Need to be able to click on a room and execute one of our existing programs. Should be able to drop objects into room or wall (windows, doors, stairs) into the drawing. Should be able to change size of any object by dragging. needs to work on smart device. It will NOT be installed locally. The software will reside in the cloud. Must also allow you to draw roof lines to include roof pitch and be able to compute square footage of roof.
