We offer food delivery and need to be able to check if a user is within a certain geo zone or zipcode and then let that user know if we deliver to them based off their address from the home page search bar

We are using FacetWP as our search function for our website. We are looking to build a custom facetWP query. that checks if category "Delivery" is selected. If so then require them to enter their address in proximity facet and check. If not allowed then echo a custom page that displays message and email capture form.
