WooCommerce Home Page and Search Customisation We have a website that currently uses the WooCommerce plugin and need some design elements changed and the way in which the search works. These alterations are primarily cosmetic but may require the search function to be edited. The current website can be viewed at [login to view URL] Below is a description of what is required. • Clean up the home page. No images, just a neat and very much eye-candy landing page with the normal tabs. • Prominent on the page, however, should be a highlighted bar stating:”SELECT YOUR EVENT” with a drop-down box next to it where all the events get displayed. Each event is a top level category in WooCommerce • Once you select your event you immediately get taken to the next page, which will only show the categories within that event (Start, Run, 10km mark, etc). • The INSTAPIX logo will be featured along the TOP, whilst the event details, logo, sponsors etc is featured along the bottom. This must be configurable for each top level category (i.e. Event) • Above the categories: ”Search by race number”. This will search all the product tags for that top level category and display them as icons underneath the event categories. • Click to view the photo with “Add to Cart” option. Alternatively “Add to Cart” icon on each image. • If you click on a category icon, all photos in that category are displayed with a “Next” & “previous “ icon at the bottom • If you “Search be number” within a category, you only see photos within that category. • We spoke about this before & I really need this feature; “Search by time”. By entering a specific time you will see all photos 3 mins before to 3 mins after. • When you click on an image to make it bigger, not only can you “Add to Cart” but you can “Share” that image on Facebook. *** PLEASE NOTE *** • This is a very short notice project and needs to be completed before 26 May 2017. • The amount quoted must be the final amount • If you have widgets or a theme that will achieve this in the time that is acceptable as well.
